Using this website

You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt it, access areas you are not authorised to access, or submit false information through our forms.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the project questionnaire does not create a contract. Any figures we discuss before a signed proposal are estimates based on the information you provided.

Project engagements

Scope, deliverables, timelines, payment schedule and revision rounds are defined in a written proposal for each project. That proposal governs the engagement.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final website deliverables produced for you. We retain ownership of our underlying tooling, internal components and general know-how, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, email, payment or AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

Limitation of liability

We deliver our work with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected project.
